Phil is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asset Management L.L.C, a fee based, financial planning and investment advisory firm and serves as a consultant
to Consolidated Risk Management in the area of life insurance, disability insurance, and financial planning issues. Following graduation from law school, he began
his career in 1978 at Investment Advisors International, the investment advisory division of Mark McCormick's International Management Group. In this position, he
provided comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to professional athletes and high net worth individuals.
In 1981, Phillip formed Asset Management Consultants Inc., an independent, fee based comprehensive financial planning firm. This firm specialized in providing
financial planning to professional athletes, high net worth individuals and closely held companies and their owners. Additionally, this firm provided consulting to
professional sports teams, professional athletes and their agents in the specialized area of high level disability coverages for highly compensated athletes. In 1991,
this firm went through some ownership changes and remerged as Asset Management L.L.C.
Phillip attended American University from 1971 to 1975 and graduated from Case Western Reserve Law School with a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1978.
Phillip and his wife, Cyndie, live in Shaker Heights, Ohio with their children Matthew and Katherine.
