Michael is Chairman of Consolidated Risk Management. He and his firm act as the risk management department for companies.

Michael began his career in 1962 as president of Weil and Son, Inc., a family owned insurance agency established in 1894 by his great-grandfather.
In 1975 he merged with Rollins Burdick Hunter, a multi-national insurance brokerage firm, and was Head of Office for Ohio in 1984 when he reopened
Weil and Son, Inc. and founded Consolidated Risk Management.
Michael graduated from Haverford College in 1961 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. He has received the following professional
designations: Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Chartered
Financial Consultant (ChFC).
He has spoken extensively on the subjects of insurance and risk management including Institutional Investors CFO national forums, national meetings
of various insurance and trade associations, and conducted risk management seminars on specific topics for major law and accounting firms.
Michael has served as President of the Insurance Board of Greater Cleveland, Chairman of Deaconess Society and Deaconess Hospital and is currently a
trustee of The Playhouse Square Foundation.
