PAMELA S. KASTNING
Pam is a Quality Control Manager providing quality control, audits, policy review and other projects to assist our clients. Prior to joining CRM in 2008, Pam had been an insurance professional since 1988. As an underwriter for St. Paul Insurance (now Travelers) and The Doctors Company she specialized in healthcare, technology, and financial services industries. She has been involved in many educational and continued learning projects throughout her career.
Pam has a BS in Medical Technology from Mount Union College and an MBA from Cleveland State University. She also is a CPCU, Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter.
Pam and her husband live in Lake County and enjoy family, friends, golf, and every aspect of living in Northeast Ohio, including the snow!
